This was actually the first time I had participated in this ceremony. It was a very nice experience. I unfortunately don't get to attend many Buddhist ceremonies or festivals back in the states, but whenever I can go I really enjoy it.I love Buddhism and I love being Buddhist. It was more grueling than last time. I’ve increased the size of the bruise on my right shin and I’ve given it a little brother on my left shin.  Yesterday’s training consisted of rounds of shadow-boxing, working the heavy bags, pad-work in the ring with the trainers, and neck-wrestling. It was a military issue; exactly what I was afraid of. Despite that I’m over the military draft age limit of 25, I’m apparently still eligible to be drafted until I’m 30.
